Il 2 e 3 il agosto presso il
Parco Cisterna Romana di Montaione si terrà la Cisternata giunta alla sua VI
edizione. Il festival è organizzato dall’Associazione Ricreativo Culturale
Sogni di R’n’R di Montaione in collaborazione con il comune di Montaione. Le
serate avranno inizio alle 17.00 con animazione per bambini, giro in vigna con
i pony del Gelsomino Ranch, aperitivi al tramonto, cena con piatti tipici della
tradizione toscana, griglia e panini. Si esibiranno venerdì 2 i “Zastava
Orkestar Street Band” mentre sabato 3 i “The Di Maggio Connection”.
Nell’area
all’ingresso del parco è allestito uno spazio
chill out dedicato alla musica reggae, un punto bevuta, un mercatino di
articoli vintage e artigianato ed una mostra fotografica a cura del “Il Giglio
Rosso” un gruppo fotografico di Castelfiorentino che per l’occasione creerà un
set fotografico per immortalare i partecipanti alla sesta edizione di questo
festival estivo. Vi aspettiamo numerosi!!!

The Cisternata is a festival that will take place the first weekend of August,
in Montaione (Fi) at the Roman Cistern Park by Recreational and Cultural
Association Sogni di R’n’R from Montaione. The festival will be in August, 2nd
and 3rd, and it’s been conceived by a group of youngsters from the area as a
contribute to the calendar of events taking place in summer, such as Montaione
gets back to Past and the Gastronomic Contest, supported by Comune di
Montaione. Events start at 5 p.m: entertainment for children and horseback
rides on the vineyards with Il Gelsomino Ranch, happy hour at sunset, dinner
with traditional Tuscan Food, grill and sandwiches. In concert there are: the “Zastava Orkestar street band” (august
2nd) and the “ Di Maggio Connection” (august 3 rd). There are a vintage and
handycraft market, a chill out area dedicated to reggae music, bar and last but
not least, a photo Exhibit by Il Giglio Rosso that will also lead the shooting set
where to catch the real Cisternata
